All our services comply with the quality criteria in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
This industry quality standard makes great demands on the certified entities. After more than 1000 working hours, we received the desired certificate for the first time in October 2002. Only very few tax consultancy firms in Austria have this type of quality assurance system. This, too, demonstrates our high quality standards to the direct benefit of our clients.
LGA Intercert GmbH Nuremberg, a company monitoring more than 200 firms per year, verifies our compliance with such criteria annually. Furthermore, the continuous improvement process guarantees our constant enhancement. Suggestions from staff and clients are being accepted, systematically analysed and implemented. By internal and external audits and benchmarking we measure and constantly improve our performance. |
